This is the Alberta program that funds respite, therapy, and equipment.

A provisional diagnosis is enough to apply. You do not need the final report.

You can add documents later as they arrive.

Time: About 20 minutes
Have ready: Your child's birth certificate and your Alberta Health card numbers
